Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose. Propale lets you generate and download commercial proposals in PDF format.

Price. Unlocking a PDF costs €12 incl. tax, as a one-time payment. The price shown at checkout is authoritative.

Payment. Payment will be processed by Stripe when checkout is enabled. No charge is made in the current demo.

Cancellation and refunds. If the digital service was performed immediately with your express agreement, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Propale nevertheless offers a refund on request within 14 days of purchase if the PDF could not be generated or downloaded. Contact: [EMAIL].

Limits. The client remains responsible for the content, accuracy, and use of their proposal. These terms are not legal advice.
